I do not remember my USER, how can I recover it?
The username is always your email address.
The software tells me: Non-existent user. Verify the e-mail address
Probably some empty spaces have been inserted in the copy / paste, it often happens. Try typing your email.
I have never registered on My Governance, because I receive your e-mail
My Governance is a platform that is used by various Companies, Firms, Professionals to circulate, track and request the approval of documents. To find out who insert you into My Governance check the name at the bottom of the e-mail received.
I can not make the first access, the system tells me that the password is wrong
I can not change the password
- at least one number
This is a valid type of password: Example01!
If the problem is not the password it means that your account has expired, ie that it has been too long before activation. Therefore, to recover your password please click on My Approvals, or My Meetings.
Also remember that your username it will be always your email address.
I forgot my login password
I reset my password but I have not received any email
To receive the email with the new link to change the password you should wait few minutes. In any case please check that the email is not arrived in the SPAM / JUNK folder.
If it does not work, it means that your credentials have expired and, therefore, you must contact the Subject that has inserted you in My Governance to request to delete and then recreate your account into My Governance.
The password to access the site has expired
The access password, due to security reasons, is subject to expiry. If your password does not work, it will be sufficient to proceed with the recovery of the password by clicking on My Approvals, or My Meetings.
The system tells me: Validate access control
For security reasons we had to enter a further control, you just simply need to check the box "I'm not a robot".
I did not receive login credentials
The options are:
- Your email in My Governance has never been entered or an incorrect email address has been entered;
- the email with login credentials ended up in SPAM / JUNK.
If it does not work, it must contact the Subject who has entered your email in My Governance to request to be re-entered into the system.
I can log in, but I do not understand what I have to do
If you have correctly logged in and do not see documents to approve this means that, at the moment, no action is required from you. When documents for which your approval has been requested, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to connect to My Governance.
I received the credentials but I do not see any documents to approve
Once logged in with your credentials you will see the documents to be approved. If you do not find in your personal area any document means that you have not yet been sent one.
I received an email telling me that I have to approve a document but I do not see any documents
It means that the Company has probably deleted that document and, therefore, you will no longer be able to view it.
How do I approve a document
To approve a document, you have to click on the title, read the content, answer any questions, and click on the "approve" button in the last section called "TICKBOX". The system will record your acceptance and a certificate will be generated, visible both by you and by the Company, which can be shown in case of inspections by the Authorities.
